HojaBet – General Bonus Terms & Conditions 

  1. Only one bonus can be claimed per deposit. A single deposit cannot receive both a deposit bonus and a loss bonus.

  2. After making your deposit, you must request your bonus before placing any bets.
    Bonus requests made after placing bets will be considered invalid.
    If your bonus balance reaches zero, the wagering requirement will continue based on the main balance.

  3. Members requesting a discount/refund must communicate their request directly via Live Support. Applications made through other platforms will be invalid.

  4. Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses; you may only benefit from one promotion at a time.
    Main balance and bonus balance cannot be used on the same match.

  5. To request a loss bonus:

    • Your balance must be zero,

    • You must not have any open bets,

    • You must not have any pending withdrawal requests.

  6. Deposits made within 12 hours after a withdrawal will not be eligible for deposit or loss bonuses.

  7. For deposits 200 TL or below, you may withdraw up to 400 times the deposited amount freely. In this calculation, bonus winnings are evaluated in a way that favors the user.

  8. If multiple accounts are detected using the same personal information (email, IP address, phone number, address, etc.), only one account will be eligible for bonuses.
    Additionally, only one member per household may benefit from promotions.
    HojaBet reserves the right to close all accounts determined to be involved in unfair advantage or abuse.

  9. HojaBet may request verification documents such as ID, Driver’s License, Utility Bill, or Proof of Address at any time. Failure to provide such documents may result in the cancellation of bonus requests.

  10. In both main balance and bonus wagering, opposite bets (bets that eliminate risk) are not counted towards wagering.
    Example: If you place Under 2.5 on one slip and Over 2.5 on another slip for the same match, neither slip will count toward wagering.

  11. Refundable football bets (e.g., "Total Goals Over (3)") will not count toward wagering, regardless of whether they win or lose.

  12. Two-way bets (e.g., betting both Over and Under on the same match) and "draw no bet" type options with refund potential are excluded from wagering.
    Winnings will be added to your balance, but wagering requirements continue.

  13. HojaBet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts of users who attempt to exploit promotions or violate HojaBet’s general rules.

  14. HojaBet reserves the right to stop, cancel, or modify any promotion without prior notice or explanation.
    It is the user’s responsibility to follow up on promotion updates.

  15. For “gift bonuses” assigned occasionally, unless stated otherwise, the maximum withdrawal amount is capped at 10× the bonus amount received.

  16. To process a withdrawal, users must complete both main balance and bonus wagering requirements, as stated in the specific bonus rules.

  17. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the wagering requirement period is 30 days.
    Bonuses assigned to the account cannot be canceled.
    For wagering-required bonuses, the entire balance is subject to wagering, even if the bonus is lost; wagering must be completed using the main balance as well.

    Users who receive a Sports Bonus may switch to Casino games only after completing main balance + bonus wagering in the Sports section.
    Switching to Casino before completing wagering will result in forfeiture of winnings.

    The same betting selections cannot be used simultaneously with main balance and sports bonus.
    If done, any unfair winnings will be removed.

  18. For FreeBet winnings, the FreeBet amount is automatically deducted once by the system.

    Example:
    You receive a 100 TL FreeBet and place a bet at 2.00 odds.

    • Total return is 200 TL

    • 100 TL net winnings will be credited to your account

    • The 100 TL FreeBet amount will be automatically removed by the system.
